I – Subject
The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations in the context of the sale of goods on the site:

Any service performed on behalf of a client implies that the client has taken note of these general terms and conditions of sale and that they adhere unreservedly to these same conditions. The client thus waives any application of their possible general terms and conditions of purchase.

II – Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the site The greatest care is taken in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the Client's information.
However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the site which the client acknowledges and accepts. In any case, in the event of non-compliance of the delivered product with its description on the site www.maripooza.com, the Client may either exercise their right of withdrawal, request an exchange, or a refund of the price (in whole or in part) that may have been charged.
All our parts are of the adaptable type, interchangeable with the original manufacturer's part. Unless otherwise stated, our parts are not original.
III - The Order
The order taking on the site is subject to compliance with the established procedure, which is realized through a series of different steps that the customer must strictly follow to validate their order. The customer will have the opportunity, before definitively validating their order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct any possible errors, before confirming it to express their acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.
The shop will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident related to the payment of a previous order or who violates the provisions herein.
In this case, the customer will be informed by email. If the customer fails to correct the erroneous or contrary elements to these general sales conditions with the shop, the shop reserves the right not to process the order.
IV – Price and Payment Terms
1. Determination of the price
Prices are quoted in euros, excluding shipping costs and calculated excluding taxes. They are not subject to VAT, as the status of self-employed person involves a VAT exemption, according to Article 293 B of the CG
The total price of the order is indicated in the cart.
Prices may be changed at any time but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration, subject to availability.
2. Payment method
Products are payable in full on the day of the actual order.
Payment for purchases is made either by:

- PayPal
3.Everything is put in place to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted online. V – Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the customer or any other individual of their choice residing in metropolitan France, Switzerland, Belgium, or Luxembourg.
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes.
In order for these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, stair number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
The indicated deadlines are indicative deadlines, corresponding to average processing and delivery times.
We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery that is not our fault.
Note: you must check the condition of the product, that is to say, open the package in front of the carrier / upon delivery to verify that the product is in good condition, complete, etc. The verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as the delivery note has been signed. Therefore, IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVE INDICATIONS, NO CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED. (Article L.133-3 of the Commercial Code).
VI – Right of withdrawal
The Client has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise without reason, within a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of the order, which will be exercised by returning at his own expense the new products (in their original packaging) accompanied by the order number to the following address:

Any product installed, modified, damaged or painted will not be taken back, exchanged, or refunded.
VII – Refund
Refunds for products in the cases referred to in articles II and VI will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt by it of the said products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the client at the time of his order or by the issuance of a gift voucher. Return costs remain the responsibility of the client.
VIII – Applicable law
Any order implies the client's full acceptance of the general terms of sale. These general terms of sale are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction. IX – Data Protection and Freedoms
The information collected during a customer's order is necessary for managing the transaction and may be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers involved in the execution of the order.
